Originally opened in 2019, On The Rocks is a vibrant waterfront venue located in the heart of Waukegan Harbor, bringing together live music, great drinks, and unforgettable summer nights.

"The setting is really beautiful. There’s a small bar and usually a food truck! The best part of course is the music there’s a band shell and we have always had a wonderful time. The couches with the fire pit are charming and the view is amazing being by Waukegan Harbor!"

"On the Rocks is located right on the Waukegan lakefront at the port district. It has a great relaxed atmosphere. They have a full bar with seating. They also have outdoor couches and picnic tables. There are gas fire pits. You can also bring your own chairs.They have live music on the weekends. There is also a food truck on site available. It is kid friendly and pet friendly. There are indoor public restrooms.

"Lovely place to hang out at the beach. Great stage and sound system; cool seating with fire pits, trees, etc. Drinks are a bit expensive, but large. Easy access, good food trucks available, and lots of parking... Glad l live nearby!"
